Double the Discovery is designed to accelerate progress on the new museum project and engage community supporters across the region.

For the next 30 days (until June 30th, 2026), a private donor has committed to match all donations up to $25,000. Every dollar given during this period will be doubled, creating a powerful opportunity to expand support and move the project forward at a critical stage.

The campaign builds on the momentum following our relocation announcement. With us now moving to the corner of Forsythe Avenue and Broadmoor Boulevard, this next phase creates a unique opportunity to expand programming and deepen hands-on STEM education for children and families across the region.

Funds raised will support continued project development and help strengthen our long-term foundation. For the next 30 days, community members, businesses, and families throughout NELA are encouraged to participate in a matching gift opportunity that doubles every contribution dollar for dollar, maximizing impact and helping us take flight into its next chapter of growth.

Look for the NELA Children’s Museum QR codes at local businesses across Northeast Louisiana to donate instantly. This effort is designed to give everyone an opportunity to help the museum take flight, with every gift, no matter the size, matched dollar for dollar up to $25,000.
